This is so typical of so much 1990s rave/techno music. The interesting thing here is that this was producedby Richard James who went on to become the critically acclaimed Aphex Twin. It is easy to be cynical of these types of releases; grab a known tune, pop in the backbeat, a few techno stabs, some druge references and away we go.
