Guilty Pleasures #42

The 1990s were great. Deal with it. The music scene was so diverse. So much creativity. Then we jumped a timeline and everything sucked. Gunshot were a UK rap outfit who, like The Criminal Minds, seemed to activate stealth mode very often. However, this track uncloaked the band and got them some serious coverage. The track is brought to life with the solid guitar playing of Shane Embury, Napalm Death’s bassist. Apparently, and I have this on good authority, Shane was paid in curry for his appearance. Remember when rap often had a social message to convey?
