I won’t lie to you, but I was a little resistant to using Slack. Why, I don’t know. Am I a converted Slack fanatic? Kinda.

Ultimately, gone are the days where all electronic communications are in email or the management of teams, especially remote teams was through some cumbersome project management software. Where Slack excels is the effortless communication between teams, not only for text based communication but Slack is great for voice or video calls. It is so easy just confirming something via a video call. Another great feature is sending someone a voice note which Slack will transcribe. It’s not earth shattering stuff, but it makes collaboration across teams super easy.

Another great feature is the amount of third party integration Slack can handle. There are so many apps that you are probably using that can be integrated into Slack.
