Guilty Pleasures #101

It’s funny how the brain and more specifically, memory, works. I was on the motorway yesterday when I saw a number plate where the last three letters read “HAG”. It might have been a personalised plate, it might not. It might be good to re-own the word Hag. To take it away from the negative connotations and into the meaning associated with a particular phase of life. Anyway, I saw the word “Hag” and instantly my brain made the connection back to this week’s guilty pleasure. The Breeders “Last Splash” album was a staple of my early 1990s listening. It’s a great album. The album hasn’t aged at all. It still sounds fantastic. Super catchy, throughout. Anyway, press play and let it take you.
