DIGITAL NOMAD – TOOLS OF THE TRADE #10 – NOTION

I had heard a lot of people discussing Notion and prior to getting more involved with such tools, I hadn’t really given it a good try. Notion works particularly well as it unifies areas such as note-taking, managing tasks and database functionality, thus removing the need for several apps that you might be currently using. Having too many apps to manage some simple tasks is a real danger as there is some overlap between them all thus increasing your workload rather than reducing it. I had Google Keep, OneNote and To-Do, plus To-Doist all on my phone, all doing similar stuff. When I really needed just one app to manage it all.

Notion is a very versatile app which should appeal to a wide range of users whether it is individuals managing personal tasks to teams collaborating on complex projects. When it comes to teams, Notion allows you to create shared workspaces and create documents with the rest of your team. Notion has a modular design which empowers users to draft elaborate notes, create dynamic project boards and manage schedules. Similar to Slack, Notion allows integration with a variety of tools you are probably currently using.

Why not give Notion a try here
